Disappointing

After checking in I brought my luggage to the room, when I entered the hotel room I noticed it was cold. I turned the heat up from 62 to 68 degrees and left to go eat dinner at a restaurant. When I returned from dinner the hotel room felt freezing cold and the thermometer said 56. I used the welcome text message from the hotel to message them about the heater not working and trying to trouble shoot the heater. The customer service front desk attendant came to my hotel room and tried to get the heat working after 20 minutes of listening to the hotel staff teehee about the heater…they offered me a different hotel room. The new room had heat thankfully but it squealed overtime it turned on…with the noise I finally fell asleep at 1am and was awoken at 6am by noise in the hallway. At 6:20 I went down to the continental breakfast, that started at 6am and the hotel staff were setting up still so I went back to my room until 7 then went back down to eat.

Fine for an overnight.

We were in town visiting family. The room was fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast was actually pretty decent- good variety of offerings. Can't comment on pool or anything like that since it's still winter.

We were very well taken care of when there was an issue with the tv in our room. When we switched rooms we even ended up in a nicer space. The first room we were in was okay, the arm chair had a crusty stain on the seat which made us not want to use it, and there were some dusty spots. But overall a great experience. Lampshades just need to be dusted, and windowsills cleaned

From the outside the property didn't look terrible, thats where it ended. Everything inside is outdated and run down. Damage to the walls ,floors and woodwork. Every hanging light fixture had dead bugs in them. The service door to the kitchen area was extremely dirty and damaged. Both chairs in our room were broken and dust and dirt was present behind all furniture and at the head of the mattresses between the headboard. Will never stay at another Ramada, ever!

Badly in need of an update. Room 417 needs a complete re do. Walls had divots in them and also had stains on them. The bathroom shower rod had been repaired at one end but the patch job was not painted. The other end of the shower rod was hanging so badly we were afraid it would fall out when we showered. The caulking around the sink and floor was poorly done. The breakfast was also sub par in quality. The staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Place very dirty - hallways, elevator and rooms. I used to stay there allot and never had problem and twice been very disappointed regrading cleanings- 3rd floor dirty and if panting no one cleaning and looks like a crack hallway and saw crackhead get off there - gross

Awful...No pool as advertised and i called to check and was told yes pool on site..DID NOT MENTION IT WAS OUTSIDE AND CLOSED..i had foot surgery and wanted to have a pool for water exercise...dirty...my reservation was for Tuesday Wednesday Thursday checkout Friday...i checked in early Tuesday morning and was asked for a cash deposit...on Tuesday night they informed me my checkout was gonna be Thursday or they would keep my cash deposite....I am expecting a refund from this awful experience... ..

Talethia at front desk was awesome. The rest of the stay was a terrible experience and corporate was terrible on the phone. It was a very bad experience and stay and will not ever recommend at all. Corporate did absolutely did nothing to resolve the stay. Was even told Mr. K I will call you right back and no return call, plus spent several minutes on hold to waste my Time. Bad review to come

The room was not clean. Wasn’t vacuumed at all, with stuff all over every floor, it was gross. There were no bath towels. We called to ask for them and 45 minutes later we still didn’t have them so we had to track them down. The front desk was great as always, but this room was not.

An awful stay

The tv wouldn't work. The bed were so uncomfortable. The room was freezing when we first went in, the heat wasn't even on. They had no rugs and the floors were so slippery. We will never stay there again and it was in the winter time.
