I missed using the spa because they were closed for my first stay 2/26-28 and fully booked for the service I wanted for my second stay 3/6-8/25. Also no printed material is available so it was difficult to find out about the services which resulted in me taking too long to figure it out in time to make an appointment.

We parked in the Fort Gary parade behind the hotel because the hotel lot was full. We wasted an hour trying to walk over without going outside There were no signs to advise that there was no access without a room key or any direction at all. The sidewalk outside was snow covered (not hotel property) but super inconvenient- should be able to cross over. The rooms were ok. Tried to order room service and had to call twice and wait 10 minutes to have them call back.
