The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is located close to restaurants and the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would given 4.5/5. Only a couple of issues: a toilet that wouldn't flush which they offered to have fixed but as there were 2 others in the apartment we said after checkout; a kitchen window that wouldn't close completely and when we arrived the air conditioner had not been turned on and the apartment was 30oC the windows in full sun with awnings fully open, took hours to cool down. Minor things, and I would definitely stay again.

Had a two night stay. Was impressed by the room size and bathroom facilities, however for the price I paid, could have stayed in a Sydney city hotel with a view, not stuck out the back with a view of a dilapidated house with an overgrown garden/yard. I understand it was a busy weekend for the area but overpriced for what I stayed in.

Our room was spacious, and generally quite clean. Nice to have a fan available for the bedroom as there wasn’t an air conditioner (or tv) in there. Bathroom/shower recess was a little moldy/dirty. Fridge frosted up and not closing properly. Staff were very helpful. Great location, some of the surrounds lacking maintenance/cleaning. Gardens old and unkept. Stairwells/passageways needing cleaning/maintenance. Gave off a tired feel.

The kitchenette area had cobwebs in the corners and the floor was sticky. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so the walls were damp and you couldn't use the mirror after a shower. I recommend a pest spray as we killed 3 spiders in the room. One was actually in our bed. I was also really disappointed to be charged additional fees for bedding for the sofa and we didn't even get given a pillow with the bedding we had to pay extra for. I had a booked a room to sleep 3. Upon check in I was told "Expedia" is third party booking and doesn't specify the extra charge for bedding. For the price I paid I expected a bit more high end and accomodating.

The room while big was quite dark. The shower was full of sand from the previous guests I imagine (I have photos of this for reference if needed). The ceiling fan needs repairing and it has a constant clicking noise and the air conditioner controls batteries were flat which required me to climb on a chair to operate.
