Unit 19 has the luxury of being on the ground floor, so you have plenty of space for the children to run around, there are two bedrooms with both bedrooms having ceiling fans and the main bedroom having an ensuite. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are stunning, the main offering a shower of bath, toilet and vanity and the ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity, this unit also provides Wifi.
Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres, it is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play. A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board, Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and the boat ramp - making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.
Walk to the beach, swim in the pool, jump in the spa or have a game of tennis (BYO racquets and balls), everything is at your fingertips and with only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping, Bay Parklands is definitely the best location to holiday.
We wish to advise that the Bay Parklands complex will be having some work done on the Tristania Block from the 28th of April until the 4th of July. There will be workman onsite with some work-related noise during this time.
The complex provides one single secure car space and one off street car space for parking.
