From day one my room was not adequate. I got on a website and was sent a text to come back to the hotel room to change rooms on Saturday morning late afternoon upon arrival back to the hotel. I was told there was no rooms available even though I received a text message stating there was so I decided to put it on video. The police were there in a total of six times over the weekend every time somebody went to jail one time somebody actually went to the hospital. My room was brighter at night than it was during the day. Even after you would try and put the curtain up to block the light it wasn’t impossible. The dogs literally barking all day long and all night long throughout the night to be woke up at 8:15 AM with a blower motor blowing grass clippings. Underneath of my hotel doorway was definitely the last straw. I would never stay here. I would never recommend staying here. In fact I have added this hotel to our do not stay for work. The people at the desk were great however the upper management did not care. They say they tried to help me, but they did not. Nobody called me even after I asked and put in a special request for someone to actually physically call me no one ever. Did they sent me text messageswanting me to respond in the next 20 minutes. Sorry I was driving around town trying to find somewhere safe to go instead of just being able to stay in my hotel room and enjoy ourselves for the weekend because nothing worked. Even the plugthey gave us did not work to small

Nice, clean updated rooms. However, no coffee maker and you had to ask the front desk for a hair dryer. We were on first floor and had elephants above us and a party next to us. Noise level was not great. No parking by our room so we had to park by the closed Rite Aid and walk.

I don't see how this hotel gets such good reviews. I will say the employees were extremely nice and the cleaning team seems to work hard. We were on the second floor and heard people stomping around all day and night. Smokers were everywhere you couldn't go anywhere without smelling smoke. It's old and run down....just really bad. False advertising. Advertised as saying guests have access to a nearby gym and this is a total lie. I asked about it they said they don't have that that they would contact the general manager and get me some kind of credit because I said that's one of the main reasons I booked there...... Never heard a peep from anyone about it, no follow-up, and stayed there two nights so they had plenty of time to get with me. Also, seems like a lot of locals stay here.

Rough area, kids running around parking lot unsupervised with only diaper on, trash in hallways, room reeked of smoke, sheets were full of stains and hairs and had not been obviously changed recently. I’ve stayed in this hotel three times and have never had an issue. Check in and out are so easy. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. The rooms while updated, were a little slapped together. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty clean, although there were hairs stuck on the shower wall this stay.

Here for work. Someone pounded on my door at 1:37 in the morning. Woke me up. The price of the hotel is high like most of the people staying here.
