For $500 per night for a 3 bedroom cabin, I would expect a lot more. Weber BBQ on the decking not fully functional. Knobs were not working as they should, needs maintenance. The cabin had black marks on the walls, yellow stains on the floor boards. Beds uncomfortable, could feel springs in the mattress. No BBQ utensils, TV remote had duct tape on the back of it and the remote didn’t work properly. Only one steak knife, one carving knife which was kept together with sticky tape. No air conditioning on upon entering the room on a 35 degree day. Not able to check in at 150pm due to the room not being ready, and had to call back and check again at 245pm and then the room was ready 5 mins later, again for the price I would expect the room to be ready on time. No compensation offered, staff didn’t appear to care. Overall, it appears maintenance is lacking and it was disappointing for the money paid per night.

1st time stay and stayed an extra night

Everything was clean, air-cond. worked well, heating, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the spa bath. Boardwalk to the beach and to the Tavern less than 20 minutes. Camp kitchen amazing; stovetops, toaster and bbqs all looked clean. Pool would be good in summer. Beach in front of park sandy, rocks elsewhere. 10/10.

Great location

Family villa was more like a house than a cabin, good quality building. Bathrooms were especially clean. Could use bedside tables as we had to put things like phones and drink bottles on the floor at night, and bedside lamp would have been nice. The park is excellent, great pool and right by an amazing beach.
