Stayed in Unit 22. The outside air handling unit behind the main bedroom made ridiculously loud noises most of the night. It’s clearly in very poor condition. Hardly slept a wink. This can’t be the first time a guest has raised. Needs seen to urgently. Not a positive experience, in particular given the nightly cost.

However, this positive aspect was somewhat overshadowed by issues with the air conditioning, as well as concerns regarding the cleanliness and an unpleasant odour in the room. Air conditioning was on preset timer which we could not change. Therefore, it turned frequently every few minutes. The hot water temperature may not have been controlled. We feel the water was too hot & someone, especially kids could get easily burnt. We have advised this to the manager during check out. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
