Troy was the friendly gentleman who greeted us in our car upon arrival, directed us to our room and suggested the local hotel for dinner. We got a surprise room upgrade too; extremely grateful for the balcony with ocean view. The suite was huuuge and super clean with more than adequate kitchen facilities. Bathroom was modern, and the couch & beds were super comfy! Location was so central on the Main Street, walking distance to beach, pub, grocery store & cafe. We wished we could’ve stayed longer than one night, especially our 10 year old who rated the WIFI very highly! We’ll definitely stay here again! Thanks Troy for making our stay very enjoyable.

Lovely night on the Great Ocean Drive
Great room and beautiful view, much better than the photos online. Checked in late so front desk was closed but had no issues still getting into room. One small thing about Port Campbell is many of food places close early so try to get in before 8. Would highly recommend overall!

I'm always surprised that Port Campbell is not more of a tourist hub, being so close to the 12 Apostles. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and check in and out was very simple. A great place to base yourself when exploring the Great Ocean Road.
