Engadinerhof is a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay in St. Moritz. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy, and it feels more like a traditional, family-style hotel than a large chain property. One of the highlights was the bar in the evening, where there was live music that added a nice, lively touch without being overwhelming. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection and great quality. The breakfast and bar staff stood out in particular — warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to chat and made the experience feel personal and inviting. The ground-floor restaurant was also enjoyable and convenient for dinner. Our room was clean and well kept, and the hotel is located on a pleasant street that’s easy to stroll along. A great option if you’re looking for a friendly, character-filled hotel with outstanding service.

We had a lovely stay at Engadinerhof in St. Moritz. The hotel has a very warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. In the evening, there was live music in the bar, which created a relaxed and enjoyable ambiance and was a great way to unwind. Breakfast was incredible, with a great selection and high-quality food. The breakfast and bar staff were truly the highlight of our stay—friendly, helpful, and genuinely sociable. They took the time to chat, made us feel welcome, and created a real “at home” feeling throughout our stay. The restaurant on the ground floor was also very good and convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located on a nice street that’s pleasant to walk along. Overall, a charming hotel with fantastic bar/breakfast staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Monopol war rundum perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die großzügige Junior Suite, die nicht nur viel Platz bot, sondern auch durch ihre makellose Sauberkeit glänzte. Ein echtes Highlight war das hervorragende Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, sowie das exzellente Restaurant, in dem wir fantastisch gegessen haben. Abgerundet wurde das Erlebnis durch das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das uns jederzeit das Gefühl gab, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Beim Checkout behaupteten sie, dass noch nicht bezahlt sein. Dabei hatte ich bereits bei eBookers bezahlt. Sie wollten darauf bestehen, dass ich nochmals bezahle. Hatte aber Beleg und Abbuchung des Betrags dabei. Dann haben Sie etwas gefunden und dann behaupteten Sie, dass das Frühstück nicht bezahlt sei. Aber ich hatte ja alles bereist bei eBookers bezahlt und inkl. Frühstück. Dann wollten Sie, dass ich mich mit expedia darum kümmere, dass sie das geld bekommen. es war eine echte Katastrophe dieses Checkout.
