Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Front desk team did really good job accommodating the room that was requested, but after a follow up request. Room was clean but the design was average to be honest it did not give us the resort vibe! Could have more option for seafood. Restaurants had good food but lacked one proper buffet where you could walk in and eat from different options.

The latest remodeling of Secrets St. Lucia turned out absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are very up to date, clean and beautiful! The resort itself is very clean, nicely furnished and just out right gorgeous! From the moment we got to the resort we were greeted and treated so well by all of the staff! All staff stood out as welcoming and accommodating. The food was great, the view was even better!! If you’re looking for an amazing excursion, find Joy on the beach! He’s not pushy at all as his excursion reviews sell it for him! They take you through and amazing day full of volcanic mud baths, waterfalls, lunch at his personal house and then snorkeling. It was truly amazing!

Friendly and personable staff. Food was decent with the Japanese restaurant being the highlight. However, expect "island time" services. Lots of options for lunch buffet. Room was great, comfortable and modern. Pool was good with fun activities provided by staff. Dec 25th poolside bar was closing and I found staff member rude . Davidson went out of his way to make it right for his fellow worker !

Staff went out of their way! Good was excellent which is unusual for an all inclusive. Entertainment amount was just right and very creative! Would happily return!
