We just returned from a 9 night stay at Windjammer and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this to families and/or couples. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. There are multiple dining options on resort that were very good and again beyond our expectation. Our villa was extremely nice, clean, and was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Windjammer and will be returning ASAP!

Most of our stay was ok. The beach was the best part. The villas are a little dated. The food was good. The staff was a mixed bag. Some wait staff were terrible at customer service. Front desk, housekeepers, and most drivers were great. One driver was a speed demon and scared me. One driver Jimmy was outstanding and I hope that they gave him the tip I left for him. If you have any knee or leg issues make sure you get an appropriate villa without too many stairs. This resort is not handicapped friendly. If you stay at this resort please stop at the upper deck. Joshua was our server and he was top notch. If you have cat allergies do not say here. Many cats hang out in the places where food is served. The spa did a great job but the prices are not alway as advertised. Screenshot what you order. You may have to prove it. There are no atms at the resort. A service charge is on every meal. Tips should be given if desired. Get the all inclusive to make it easier. Overall this was a great vacation. Some renovations were underway. If you choose windjammer resort keep your expectations reasonable. This is not a brand new resort. It is not a bad place to stay. You will enjoy yourself. The views are awesome.

It is paradise. The food, entertainment and water sports was excellent. My 7 yearold litterally cried because he didn not want to leave. Tip: Book via opentable restaurants way in advance.
