This hotel tried to have me pay double rate

Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

You can find a better hotel for the money..

The hotel is very old and needs a lot of improvements. The bathroom is very old and the way the shower is set up the whole bathroom fills with water every time you shower. There is nothing in the bathrooms like soap, blowdryer, shampoo or simple things you will find anywhere else. The food is very mediocre and the cereal was steal and old. YOU will NOT sleep on the weekends due to the club and bars right across the street, the music is so loud that the windows in the room were vibrating and making a crazy noise the whole entire night and at approx. 3am when the music got better people started to scream and party in the middle of the street making it impossible for me and my family to sleep. Also, you will hear everything going on on the next rooms and hallway. Definitaly, one of the worse hotels i've stayed so far. Spend a little more money and stay on a better hotel!!
