It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Very friendly staff!

We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

Já foi melhor! Toalhas de banho antigas e finas. Cobertores finos para uma cidade fria. Falta de secador de cabelo no quarto, como tem em qualquer hotel. Portas de correr dos armários “emperradas”. Porção de carne pequena e qualidade. Tevê com sinal ruim. Wi-Fi também. Café da manhã com produtos frios. Estacionamento pago para o hóspede, que já pagou pela estadia.

O Hotel é bem localizado e conta com uma equipe muito prestativa e atenciosa. Os ambientes da área comum, além de serem espaços agradáveis, estão muito bem conservador e limpos, no entanto, o quarto em que nos hospedamos apresentava alguns desgastes (parede um pouco suja e o topo da cabeceira da cama encardida). O banheiro, apesar de limpo, precisa de uma limpeza melhor na janela. Cama confortável e enxoval limpo. É um bom hotel, por esse motivo, é importante atentar a esses detalhes.
