The baggage cart had a flat tire so it was very difficult to push it up to our room. When tried to warm up the room from low 70s to 77-78 the heater couldn’t do it. I moved thermostat to 80 on heat mode and a little warm air came out for a few minutes, but my portable thermometer still measured 74-75. So then I grabbed the ice bucket and went to get ice on our floor (2) and it produced nada. Fortunately floor 3 ice worked.

This hotel definitely surprised me because everything about them is a level or two higher than the regular Springhill Suites that I’ve stayed in. I love the room I got. It’s clean & spacious. The breakfast are delicious. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the public area is always clean and tidy. I didn’t swim but I can tell that the swimming pool is clean and very inviting. I definitely will come back to this hotel whenever I am visiting Plano again.
