The staff was efficient. The room was showing the miles. Bedside table had dust on the surface as did the shelves in the bathroom. Fabric of chair was shredded, as if an animal had used it to sharpen its claws. Shampoo was completely out, conditioner had one pump left in it. Coffee maker didn't heat. Room didn't jive with the fancy, expensive reataurant on the main floor.

Lotion in bathroom empty, meager amt of toilet paper, no sheets for fold out couch, duvet seemed set up wrongly for main bed, VERY low lighting in room, no comfy chair, needs another hook or two for towels. In other words things just aren’t thought out well for actual room occupation.
