Terrible room, didn’t get any sleep, when addressing issues with the manager he said that it was our fault that we had the room we did because we booked through Expedia. We will never stay at this hotel and are telling everyone that we know not to stay here.

Broken AC and smelled like Pets

The two issue with the room were the AC didn’t work and we asked for a different room but there wasn’t any available. The sent a maintenance person and nothing was fixed. The second issue was it smelled like pets were in the room.

Had pool and hot tub. They were working on renovations to rooms at the hotel, showing they care about keeping up with the facility. We were on the floor They were renovating, and could here the construction on occasion. The construction workers were curtious and tried to stay out of the way when traveling through the hall.
