Check and check out staff were so friendly! When we saw other staff in hallways-very friendly! Everything was clean. Our complaint is with the cost that Expedia found for us. We booked 3 rooms. While sitting in the hot tub, we met a couple who purchased the same size room for $50 less that each of our rooms cost!!!

Just had a one night stay so our two kids could enjoy swimming in the winter. Pool was great! Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Only recommendation I’d make would be to have exhaust fans in the bathroom.

The pool and hot tub were closed which was a complete let down. I specifically used a pool hot tub filter when searching but hotels.com didn’t know the service wasn’t available for 2 weeks. It’s not the hotels fault I blame the app for not letting us know. However I have to say I usually take our own pillows when we travel but these pillows were so comfortable I didn’t even use my own.
