Breakfast wasnt explained to us when checking in. We prepaid for breakfast when making our reservation and when we went down to breakfast the next morning we were handed a menu but told since we prepaid we could only have one option and we werent allowed anything else. I would have gladly paid the difference even though the items we wanted were cheaper than the one option we were given. Also, a maid opened our door at 930am and scared the crap out of us. Once she realized we were there she hurried up and shut the door. No apologies no nothing. Other than that the stay was great, and Nick the bartender was amazing.

The staff was friendly. The room was perfect. The shower was fantastic. The location was ideal for a Penguin’s game. It was literally a half a minute walk from the hotel’s doorstep to the PPG Paints Arena. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back soon.
