Staff steals out of your room. Keep a pair of Meta Glasses in the room to record them! They consistently enter the rooms of high profiles guest and literally steal their property. Most guest don’t notice smalls things are missing until they check out. We caught them on a pair of Meta glasses that were set up in the room.

The hotel is nice aesthetically. The staff is super incompetent. The staff kept accessing my room without my permission (and it was never to clean it). There were damaged and stolen items from my room as well. The hotel manager stated that she did not care when I told her I would be contacting corporate. The staff is not as professional as other hotel teams that I have done business with.

The room was ok it was a little dated there was a hole in the door where it appeared as if someone punched it, a tear in the wallpaper, and several stains on the floor. The manager was probably the rudest person I have met in my entire life. We asked for housekeeping and we were told housekeeping only comes on Thursdays. We have stayed here in years past and had a great time, will probably never return.

The power grid to the hotel shut off at 9am, not a huge inconvenience but considering checkout was 11am, we should have been at least offered some sort of compensation, free breakfast or such. That didnt happen, but the rest of the stay was decent.

The hotel was nice and modern. The check in receptionist was very friendly. My concerns are that the bathroom only had one handicap bar and it was in a poor location. My thought was there should have been one on each end of the tub and even on the wall inside the tub. Housekeeping did not change the sheets which was not a big deal but we had to all and ask for towels and toilet paper and to refill the coffee that was used. We did not go to the bar nor breakfast. Breakfast was a miss for me as nothing was included except coffee in your room. Parking was VERY expensive and should not have cost what it did. It was $35 a day which I did not see on the website and was caught off guard on.

This is the place to stay if you are attending an event at PPG paints arena. Our room was not in good condition but it was fine for 1 night. The shower pressure is probably the best part of the stay!

Perfect location for a Pens game, however we will be staying at the Marriott from now on. We stayed here a few years ago and it was much better. Cleanliness was not at all up to par. Floor needed vacuumed, unknown substances splattered on the fridge and lampshades, and 2 floss picks on the floor that did not belong to us…..Staff was friendly and helpful despite some miscommunications between them. We had to move rooms when we were told we wouldn’t have to, and then the heat didn’t work in the new room. Maintenance did fix it the same day, and the guy was super nice. Definitely way too expensive for what it was.
