Friendly staff. Cookies, apples, water in lobby. Room was exceptionally clean. Could use a mini fridge for leftovers, but no biggie. Love the room keys as they are still actually keys, not cards. Free breakfast buffet was impressive!

We enjoyed our stay here, the A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable! The staff were all very nice and helpful. Definitely worth it to pay the valet parking. Only very minor thing to mention is there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room which was a small bummer, other than that we enjoyed everything about this hotel and would stay here again.

It is summer at University of Michigan. The Bell Tower Hotel is right across the street from the University! Everything I wanted to see was an easy walk from here. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

$30/day parking was a little high however, there is not a lot of parking available. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean. Very friendly staff.
