We checked in late Friday night, so I will say that the staff was accommodating with that. However the hotel is heavily understaffed. Room was comfortable and big. Unfortunately I had to get my key card fixed three times. Didn’t get a chance to try breakfast. The indoor hot tub and pool need serious maintenance. Pool is cold and hot tub is flat out gross. The stay was fine as long as we stayed in the room.

Please don’t repeat what we did. Went there April 2026 for family vacation. The room had no shampoo or conditioner, towels looked dirty and we had to buy our own food outside since they had a small and pitiful breakfast selection. Stay away!

The hot water took forever to warm up in the shower and even when it did the water pressure was barely there. The pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The water was literally green. Location was perfect, close to everything. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast eatable but not much to choose from. The eggs were cold.

The hotel conditions are not the same as shown in the booking application 🚨Indoor pool, horrible dirty, thermal pool with yellow water. As soon as I opened the door to enter the pools you could feel the horrible smell, difficult to distinguish how bad it smelled there. Pool outside, closed and no maintenance. The room was spacious, stains on the blankets but the room smelled good. The staff”a Men” was very friendly, he apologized and helped us change the hotel. Thanks for your help.

it was nice but there was a dirty bandaid in our bathroom. the room was very hot so it took forever to cool off and the pool was drained which was one of the main reasons for coming to this location. it also says it’s walking distance to the island and it’s no where near the island so we had to drive. The breakfast was hardly anything so again another reason we went with this one bc we wanted breakfast.
