Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, very affordable and great location. The pillows could be replaced and It is an older hotel and the walls are a little thin, so if someone leave their tv on at a high decibel you’ll hear it, but it didn’t ruin our stay. I can highly recommend it for budget travelers and families

Our whole stay was great. The room was clean. They came daily to refresh the towels and change the trash. We used the heat since the temps were in the 40's. The free breakfast was sufficient. Thr have everything you need to start your day. The guys at the desk were really nice and helpful.

After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical but from our experience the staff was friendly the breakfast was ok coffee out of that machine was terrible lol so bring your own,the rooms were clean,but small pool looked nice I noticed the grounds being cleaned daily,overall I think it was a good stay.

The night shift worker was rude and not friendly. We only stayed for a couple hours as we were are driving cross country and we were becoming drowsy. But the front desk lady was rude and hateful when we checked in and when we checked out. But I would expect nothing better from this hotel though. It has always been trashy, but had the only vacancy.

Sure! Here's a simpler version of your hotel review:⸻ Hotel Review The hotel is in a good spot, just a few minutes from Dollywood. But the rest was pretty average. The staff wasn’t very friendly, and the rooms and facilities are old. The bathroom needs work, room entrance lock was broken, and breakfast was just okay. Good location, but not much else.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was okay. The room was clean but it had a stale smell. The beds were not very comfortable and the air/heating unit was so loud that it kept us up at night every time it came on. The pictures on your website made the hotel appeared better than it really was! It really needs upgraded.
