There was a man that answered the phone and was rude to me not once but twice. I was trying to cancel a reservation that was made and he wouldnt even look into the reservation to help what so ever just advised i call Expedia who it was originally booked through but then changed by this property to a different date so expedia did not have this reservation any longer due to them changing the reservation. He started screaming and hollering at me and was very rude with no help whatsoever. I would like to talk to a manager becuase this is still not resolved and I need to cancel this and I will NEVER stay here after dealing with this one individual.

Highly disappointed!

Bathroom alone was horrible! Mold in the ceiling toilet leaked water spots on the ceiling. Bedding had stains. Bed it self was warn slap out absolutely uncomfortable! The floors were absolutely nasty! Doesn’t look like they were even vacuumed before we came in. Also had stains all over the carpet and the carpet was coming up. Normally when you first check in there’s a few rolls of toilet paper there was ONE! The towels had stains and very ruff texture. The shower head was coming out of the wall. There was ants all over the sink and bathroom floor! I’m highly disappointed! The day we checked out the cleaning man was there told us to leave the door open and first place he went to as we were still standing there was the tip envelope…. Some pictures posted below!

Disappointed

Carpet was in bad shape, tv wasn’t even mounted or on a stand it was propped up against the wall. Cobwebs hanging down the walls and carpet hasn’t been vacuumed well found a receipt from May 2021 a whole year ago that the cleaning people haven’t picked up from under the nightstand table.

I didn’t like the fact that we had roaches and I let them know we had roaches in our room and they said,”they would let the manager know.”I took down a cup with a roach in it and they said, they would get back to me and I’ve heard nothing from them. I have pictures and the roaches was on our luggage and crawling on the walls. This place was so dirty and nasty. Never will stay there again.

Lodge Mills Creek

At check in had to go to other motel to check in and clerk was rude and short in his mannerisms toward us. Could not use wifi in rooms because said it was not connected to internet. No phone in room to call front desk and housekeeping did not check to give fresh towels or room service on 2nd day of stay. On day of checkout requested late checkout at 12 and housekeeping tried to open our door to clean at 9am and again at 1030 because had ear buds in and could not hear me telling her through the door we were late checkout. The room was nice and clean for most part except for musty smell upon arrival. I do have to say staff is honest because left some items behind at checkout and was able to retrieve because housekeeper turned them in which was very much appreciated.

We checked in, and we checked out right away. When we arived at the room, the floors were gross, there was what apereat to be rat poop on the floor, the bathroom looked like what you would see ina horror film. Oh and the toilet paper was still on from the last people who stayed there. We went to check out and the staff had left for the new years. We ended up submitting a request for a refund and left the hotel.
