We had a great stay. Our room was clean. The pool was nice. The kiddie pool was great for our little one. The breakfast was great also. It is within walking distance of alot of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

when we got into our room the floor was buckling which i can understand from humidity. the kicker was that there were black hairs all over the bathroom floor! the refrigerator had broken knobs and i was worried it wasn’t going to keep anything cool, but luckily it did. Their complementary breakfast was good and the kids had a great time at the pool!

On the outside it doesn’t look like much, but when walking in, you’re stunned with a beautiful lodge like entrance and very friendly staff. They showed us how to get around the property, what’s nearby, and our room. My family and I stayed for 5 days and our experience was wonderful. Every morning, the floors in the lobby were being mopped and towels were changed on the third day in the rooms. On one of the days the washing machines were down and they had them fixed attentively on the same day and even had a a gardening service. Rooms were very clean and we never had any problems with noise. I will say that when we arrived, our room was hot, but when we turned the AC on it cooled very fast. The pool was very warm like bath water which was awesome and there was a little kiddie pool, perfect for my 1 year old. Breakfast was great, but didn’t have a waffle maker, which bummed out my 5 year old. There was, however, toast, cereal, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, fruit, juices, and coffee. Everything was very good and yes it was the same every day. The river in the back was neat too and if you wanted to fish in it you could. I don’t think you were allowed to swim in it, but I wouldn’t anyways cause it was fast moving. Back there there is a spot to grill and picnic tables under a pavilion, as well as a gas bonfire. Anyways, would 100% stay again!

It was a nice place to stay. You are right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. If you are expecting luxury, you are going to be disappointed, but if you want a nice place to lay your head that is clean, friendly and economical, this is the place for you.

Nasty dirty floor left us not wanting to come back

The staff was super nice but that was the end of it. If you are handicapped in anyway I just don't really recommend this place. The parking spaces are only in specific sides of the hotel (and at the end of the night when parking is full it sucks because your fanily has to drop you off and then go park), almost every thing you need to get to (the pool and even the front desk) has stairs you're going to have to maneuver around. I can't even begin to wonder how our room was so gross. The tub had hair in it we had to clean. Then there was when we thought we had tracked dirt in with our shoes (we're a take your shoes off when you come in type of family) but when we tried to clean the floor (we're talking 5 lysol wipes) it just kept coming back black. Have you all ever even mopped these rooms? I think they just sweep and call it good. It was so gross we kept having to replace towels because we refused to step on the floor (it ruined my brand new gold toe socks too :'( ) because we'd get out of the bath and then have to wash our feet again. The hotub is not very big like at all, we got lucky enough in an entire week to soak twice because people soak for hours in there. We came in with halfway decent expectations and left very upset and disappointed. Pigeon Forge was fun for our family (this is our first time ever) but if you stay at this hotel being a swiffer mop!

The river behind the hotel was beautiful!! Room was clean and pretty decently quiet. Wasnt a fan of the pot smoke engulfing our room but we are aware its legal and something we have to deal with. Overall we were happy with our stay. Its convenient and located near a lot of fun things to do.

Overall it was ok but not for 160 per night. Bed sheets looked used, hotel is just worn down. The pictures advertised don't represent real world. AC has limiter on it, room smelled "old". Desk folks were very nice. Pool was great! The breakfast was just barely "ok". Not much variety and coffee not good.
