We love staying here it is so nice, clean, and spacious. Most of all, the location cannot be beat. Its near the parkway but far enough away to be away from the mess. We are DW season passholders and this hotel is so convenient to the park when we do not feel like driving home. The staff is always so pleasant. We love the Cambria and have officially made this our hotel.

Beautiful facility. Front desk helpful. Breakfast was $9.95 each. That was ok but they was almost nothing there 40 minutes before it was over??? One biscuit, tiny amount of eggs. Not sugar or cream for coffee???? Staff members didn’t check on anything and unfortunately had very little English. It appears no one was properly trained.!

Room & Hotel were beautiful and clean. Staff were outstanding and always happy and talkative. Although we did not utilize the bar. It was very nice in the lobby, people seemed to enjoy it. Loved the bathroom amenities. Soap and body wash! Views were gorgeous from our room on the 5th floor! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville!

Room was spotless. Staff was a little disinterested. Breakfast was very disappointing. If it's not free and I have to pay for it, it needs to be very good. It was sparse and did not offer much selection. In the room, bathroom doors, closet doors and shower door were all very heavy and hard to open and close. The hotel was beautiful
