The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However for a brand new hotel i was disappointed in the condition of things overall. We hadcto move rooms after a couple days bc the shower would not drain. I told v the x staff. They c were cro fix it the next day but didn't appear to look at it. Still not straining. The v lights and the phone didn't work. This they fixed. They graciously moved us to another room. Then in that room the blinds didn't work correctly, the handle on the closet was broken. The dryer was not working when i went to dry my clothes. They did help me with this and i was able to dry my clothes. Last day shower was not draining at all. They advertuse a bar area but was closed mistbof the c time.. this is prime time summer so was surprused. I let the staff know of all the issues. We still had a good time. And the staff was super friendly.

Staff (front desk workers included) spoke so little English and understood so little English that communicating or asking questions was difficult. Firepits by pool would emit gas but not ignite making a potentially dangerous situation.

Expensive Feel for a Value Price

While we enjoyed our stay immensely, the bed was super hard. Maybe because it's brand new and hasn't been slept in enough time? Thankfully, we brought an egg crate with us and used that under the sheets. Helped some. There were two minor inconveniences: the shower door didn't completely close, so water got all over the bathroom floor. And the TV kept turning itself off. So weird! Don't worry, these things won't keep us from booking in the future. In fact, we just booked another trip in another city, staying at Cambria! We loved how everything was so fancy, but didn't have a fancy price. :)

It was a very nice stay. Love the Mountain View. The only thing I can think of is the door to rooms can be loud when they shut ,so make sure you hold door to close.

The hotel is 8 months old and is a beautiful hotel. The couple of reasons I didn't give 5 stars is: I didn't realize until we were checking in that we had to pay for breakfast (I guess that was my fault for rushing to make the reservations). The blinds in our room didn't work so I felt like I was in a box whenever in the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Lastly, the light under the foot of the bed had fallen off and was in the way when we were standing cloat the foot of the bed. Overall I really liked the hotel!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The hotel was close to restaurants and entertainment while also having a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and enjoyable by everyone.
