Happy stay with daughter

My stay with my daughter was great. The room is spacious. Food is delicious especially Prego, the Italian restaurant. The only thing which needs improvement is the shower, the water speed is very slow.

the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We also had our own private pool on our balcony and an amazing view of the ocean. The property also has a stretch of beach with hammocks and watersport rentals. This was my favorite hotel during our three week stay in Southeast Asia.

Dated 5 star resort

Overall very dated. It is more suitable for europeans than asians preference. Staffs are all young and energetic with excellent service but lack of hospitality experience

The resort is an insult to the brand "Westin"

The resort doesn't deserve to have the name "Westin" in it. Nothing apart from the view and architecture of the resort was good. Rooms, washroom, balcony - Unclean when checked in Service - Extremely poor Breakfast spread - Very limited Overall resort maintenance - Very poor

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach. The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down.
