We stayed at The Mantra Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. It’s locally owned and the staff were amazing, unfortunately we didn’t get the names except for John. They were always friendly and greeted you with a smile. Although it wasn’t on the beach, our walk was a quick 5 minute walk across the street and was never an issue. I loved how small and quaint the hotel was, it was compact but at the same time felt so cozy and homey…the seating areas by reception and a bar where you could sit and grab a drink. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and it was so spacious and spotlessly clean. We also loved staying in Kata Noi where things were quieter and relaxed, and when we wanted a bit more lively evenings, we would do the 10-15 minute walk over to Kata for the evening life. All in all, great value for the money and we would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! Very close to the beaches, affordable, lots to do and see around the area! No breakfast though and the shower temperature was a little inconsistent but overall a great stay!

Prisvärt hotel på Kata Noi Beach

Stannade här en vecka och det var ett trevligt litet hotel med god och vänlig service. På minussidan så finns det ingen hiss (2 våningar), ingen frukost (finns restaurang 20 meter bort) och ingen pool (vem behöver pool?). Rummen är stora och rymliga, tv med många kanaler, men också smart-tv funktioner med t.ex. Netflix, etc. Sängen är lite hård, vilket är vanligt i denna del av Asien. Runt omkring finns det ganska många restauranger för de flesta smaker. 7-Eleven ligger 50 meter bort. Hotellet ligger ca 30 meter in från huvudgatan vid Kata Noi Beach, och det tar max 3 minuter att gå till stranden. Stranden (en av de bättre på hela Phuket) är trivsam, rent vatten och inte alltför långgrunt. Hotell runtomkring är många gånger dyrare, men detta var ett prisvårt alternativ för mig.

Best hotel in Kata noi per bath.

Kata noi is crowded with expensive large hotels… and the Mantra, that provides everything to a bargain price. Perfect location to beach, restaurants, shopping within 2 minutes slow walk. The hotel is modern, neat and newly redecorated where we could sleep well. Nice hangout in bar and several good restaurants in the calm alley for either breakfast ( try the bagel) or dinner ( go to the blue shark). The best hotel in Kata noi for a few nights when you don’t crave a pool.
