The Novotel is set in a lovely beach. We had a lovely 4 night stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great! The only thing is the hotel is tired and needs a renovation in my opinion. Lots of broken flooring around the pool. Light fittings in the pool coming loose. Really slippy tiles behind pool bar. It was reasonably priced but probably because of the condition. Our room was upgraded which was lovely. The room was clean but again - tired. Overall had a lovely time!

As a single woman, I was initially given a room in the farthest building, where I had to walk through a very long and dark corridor. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist ignored me and stared at her nails as if I were bothering her. The location is great n close to dining n Casa Del Mar! The property could use a little face lift. Ventilation in the bathroom was horrible and hot when I was blow drying my hair but I would still rec this property.
