I liked this hotel. The staff was good. But they gave us a hard time when checking in, even though the hotel Was fully paid for. I didn't appreciate this because it was embarrassing, they told us they didn't want us to stop the payment after our stay, which was mind blowing. Also if internet access is important to you ! You don't want to stay here because it doesn't work at all. I also didn't like that they require us to use our passwords for tv streaming services, because it should be included. The whole building looked like it has water damage and doesn't have the same feel in the photos in real life . But overall it was ok. I wish I would have chose another place to stay if I'm being honest. The pool inside the apt felt uninvitingly weird. We never got in . The couch smelled sweaty and I probably would never stay here again. The breakfast was probably the best part of my stay here. It's more like an apt not a hotel . I give it a 6.5 out of 10 .

A very spacious room and relaxation area. Pleasantly surprised after reading last reviews. Staff excellent and very helpful especially when we had an issue with toilet system. A huge shout out to Ya Ya, fabulous customer service and when above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Room service excellent. Happy Hour fruit/ice cream nice touch. Pool looked great, but weather not good enough to use. Good choice at breakfast. Small gym but sufficient for light work out. Overall really happy with stay & would recommend. 🙏

The room was incredibly spacious and the additional swimming pool is excellent. Even though we didn’t have the best weather during the stay the room certainly made up for it as it was super comfortable. The heated toilet was also a bonus and the shower (once we worked out the temperature) was great! Highly recommend and it was very close to the beach, walking distance and local attractions. I’ll be back again for sure.

Loved the property especially because of the private pools for each room and the nearby beach. Service was amazing and the staff were all kind and attentive. While there are many restaurants close by, walking to them was quite dangerous because you would have to walk at the side of the busy street as there are no pavements and there aren’t many street light at night so it does get scary. It is also very noisy at night because the property is just beside the main road. Not sure if this would be a dealbreaker for anyone but there is a cemetery a short walk away from the property.

Very nad hotel, you are better off finding and alternative. Nothing in the room worked and we had to call a technician three times to fix the ac. The noise from the road is unbearable and the rooms have 0 insulation. The front of house staff just dont seem to care. We received a full refund and found an alternative hotel.

We stayed for a week in March and found the property good. The best thing was being so close to Kamala Beach. Literally a 2 min walk. Property showing is age, being so close to the ocean it seems like they don’t keep on top of regular maintenance to keep the place looking great, Room was great had all the amenities we needed however there could be more lighting in the bathrooms, overall a great hotel

Although design of the property was nice, it was not thoughtful in its functionality. Shower glass door swung outwards, which meant wet and slippery toilet area and was always caught on the bath mat. Could use more lighting in entire hotel room. Sliding door was also heavy and difficult to access outdoor area. There was also no area to put our luggage. The king bed was two separate beds together which made it uncomfortable in the middle. The sofa is L-shaped, beware if you intend to use for sleeping. Hotel breakfast was very good for its variety and freshness.

Great location across Kamala Beach. Next to shops and restaurants. The AC wasnt working one night probably due to the power outage in the neighborhood but they quickly fixed it. Great customer service. Would recommend.
