We booked for next year which really says it all!! The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed to make our 2 month stay comfortable!! It is at the back of the complex which in our opinion was good! It was quiet and we enjoyed watching birds and planes in the evening!!! Peggy is a great host…very responsive. Looking forward to 2027 in this unit!

Since all of our children were spending Christmas with their in-laws, my wife, and I decided to come to Phoenix for a week of hiking and outdoor activities. Peggy‘s condo was fantastic and everything was as advertised. It is extremely clean, has a comfortable king size bed, an updated kitchen, and a great balcony on which to relax. It is also in a great location, and the pool area is fantastic. We could not have been more pleased with the condo and Peggy. Both were awesome, and we hope to stay here again sometime soon.

Plaza Residences

Super 1 Bedroom Apartment in Plaza Residences. A little away from the Pool, but also away from any traffic or noise. The Apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished; a great kitchen with just about everything you would need. Extremely comfortable bed and a walk-in wardrobe with alot more room than your airline luggage allowance will allow.Easy walk to Kierland to good restaurants and bars, so no need to risk your licence with a cocktail or two.Less than a five minute drive to Fry's and Safeway with other shops attached to them like Panda Express, CVS, McDonalds etc.A great place to holiday. Highly recommended

Absolutely Lovely!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated and stocked. Being in a gated community, it is safe and quiet. We spent two months here while I went through cancer treatment at Mayo Clinic which is only a 9 min easy drive from here. The balcony is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink. It is within walking distance to everything in Kierland Commons. I will definitely come back here .

Beautiful Updated Condo

We had such an enjoyable month's stay in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities of home in the kitchen, laundry and bath. The complex is really well maintained in a desirable area of Scottsdale. We enjoyed the pool area, which has two pools, hot tub and several grills.
