Comfortable spot in quiet neighborhood.

Had a nice stay. House was clean and had all amenities needed. Property was nice, heated pool. Quiet area with a nice little bakery coffee shop right around the corner. Easy communication with Vince. Any questions or concerns I had, he was quick to get back to me to address anything that came uo. Recommend staying here, and would book again if we stay out there again. Thank you.

Great spot and close to town

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights. This place is cozy. The AC stayed cool, the place was clean and the communication with owner was great. I misunderstood the parking at first, so read or ask questions as there is a nice little spot super close to you that I missed. Outside of the Nespresso, we didn't use much. Bed was ok, its almost never as comfy as your own bed, but we slept through the night perfectly fine. I'd recommend this place and would return again.

Great Location!

I was very pleased with the location. Easy access to all Scottsdale and Central Phoenix attractions. I had some issues with noise level. When the air conditioning kicked in, it was very loud, and the unit was on the ground floor with some noise from the unit above as well. That said, my stay overall was pleasant. Unit was clean with modern appliances.

Great location

Husband stayed for few days overall property was clean was a bit hard to find in the dark with no street lights. Couldn't find assigned parking spot so he parked on the street. AC froze on first and second night Property Mgr isn't quick to respond with AC issues was going to send someone night before checkout. Good for a quick trip in and out as it's close to Old town Scottsdale
