Room was great. Staff were friendly but 1st contact not informative. Directed us to drive around back towards room, I asked about elevator and map showed me location however when we got there elevator was out of service so we walked 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Staff should have known that. Then I inquired if the Jacuzzi would get warmer and I was told that there’s a part broken so it’s not getting warm. So I was disappointed in amenities but room was great. If I knew of jacuzzi not working ahead of time I would have stayed somewhere else.

It’s a nice place to stay, the room was very nice for the price and the only drawback was the key cards needing reprogramming daily… With a little more effort the breakfast could be better as well…

Staff were phenomenal. First room they gave us, sheets were stained and had short curly hairs in the bed. Second room, had a strong odor of mildew but the beds were clean. Opened the window and aired it out, it was tolerable. The cherry on top was the 5 under cover officers chasing someone through the parking lot at 11 PM with weapons drawn. Didn’t expect that in Scottsdale.
