Clean up your property!

The bathroom was disgusting. There was what looked like fecal matter on the door jam. There was hair and dust bunnies on the top of the toilet. The toilet seat was loose. The sink didnt drain well. There were 2 ants on the stand where the coffee was. The waffle machines weren't functioning properly.

My experience at the La Quinta hotel was overall pleasant. The staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, offering the basic amenities needed for a good stay. Upon check-in, Nick was great! Very friendly greeted me with a smile and a welcome. Held friendly fluent conversation during check-in process. The only reason I rated it an 4 instead of 5 is because 1. There was a towel left in the room from the previous guest. 2. There was calcium buildup on the showerhead which caused some holes not to be working.
