• THE POOL and pool area are not supervised by a lifeguard. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Guests are solely responsible for the supervision of all children in their party. Children under six must be supervised by a legal adult.
• The life ring is for safety purposes only and is not to be used for recreation.
• SMALL EVENTS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. Events with up to 10 people are allowed with prior approval. Please message us through Vrbo to discuss any planned gatherings. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties or other loud activities that disturb the peace are not permitted.
• You must be 25 years of age or older to book. Cancellations resulting from under age reservations will be subject to processing fees.
• Dogs are allowed (2 max) at $150 per booking. Cats are not allowed. No pets other than dogs are allowed. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fee per pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
• No smoking allowed. Smoking will incur a $500 fee plus additional charges for remedial cleaning and any damages.
• Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
• For reservations over 14 days, we require a cleaning every seven days plus the final clean.
