The house is great! Very roomy for multiple people, or hosting an event - the kids enjoyed the piano! Close to shopping, but far enough that you are not in city limits with traffic and noise. The host was very responsive anytime I reached out. A few items to note, there are no nightstands in the master or extra bedding/pillows. We had to purchase some baking sheets and oven mitts. There were a few pots & pans, but nothing to bake with. The dishwasher does need replaced. We did not use it because the tines are rusted and breaking. We did use the fire pit, which was great. But no seating is available around the pit. So we had to make do with what we could. The bench pictured by the fire pit was not usable, as it was dry rotted with some exposed nails. The yard was overgrown (probably from recent rain showers), but still walkable. The above are not items that should dissuade anyone from staying, as the house is amazing. We just did some extra shopping to accommodate our situation. Just needs a little TLC when spring hits.

Great location to temporarily immerse yourself in suburban Scottsdale, with a great view of Pinnacle Peak! Lots of "Old West" vibes and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Very nice to come home to after our many outings and we would happily stay here again!

The home was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located, with ample parking and beautiful views from the back patio. We enjoyed our stay. A couple small improvements would make it even better, having additional towels available and adding nightstands in the master bedroom (so phones don’t have to be charged on the floor) would be helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

The home was very nice and clean. The host was great at providing information and communicating. The kitchen could use more skillets/pans, larger bowls, maybe more serving utensils especially for guests who may have wanted to utilize it more. A chair in master bedroom for sitting.

This was the most incredible rental i’ve ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The host was wonderful and accommodating. Always responded promptly to questions. The interior of the home is huge, clean, bright and luxurious. The grounds of the home are vast and the natural beauty abounds. The neighborhood… Very upscale safe and close to everything while also being secluded. You can pull your car right up to the front door.. so convenient. I have never been sadder to leave a property. BOOK THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE OVERJOYED!
