Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Very pleased with Park Suites
The check in process was so simple. We arrived after hours and were clearly directed as to how to get into our condo. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we could need. The bed was cozy and the views were great. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus. The location was perfect…close to everything! Parking was always available near our unit. Overall, it was great and I would definitely return there next time I’m in the area!

Apartment in ideal location
Apartment is small, but clean and the location is perfect. The Air conditioning didn't work but we didn't need it during our stay. Great choice for 2 people who want to be close to Everything!
