Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Great Location, clean condo
Great access to green/canal belt, clean. Quite small but good for two, nice outdoor facilities.
Late check in, got an email and due to gated community would have been a challenge as was sitting on plane boarding, but worked out

Best bang for a tight buck. Pool, hot tub and outdoor grounds in a gated community was great. The apartment had great tv’s and bed. Couches and ottoman were a bit dirty, kitchen has Walmart cooking utensils, pots and pans. Got what we paid for.
