Myself and my wife checked in on October 17th and left on October 19th. The first night 🌙 there we had no heat and no hot water. In room 307 . I called downstairs, they said they will send someone up . Nobody came upstairs. On October 18 th we went downstairs to have Breakfast. We told the front no one came to our room. They told us they would take of it. Came back to hotel at 6:00 pm. Geuss what no hot water or heat. We told them we wanted to leave. They told us we will not get a refund for the room. Take another room or leave. Then they put us in room 207, and Geuss what the shower was not working and the tub would not fill with water. I have all video evidence of this . I would have posted it on this site. You only allow photos no videos. I want my money back . Not a happy camper.

Wonderful hotel. Check in person was extremely friendly and the room was just gorgeous. I have always enjoyed my stays at Springhill suites. Only thing I wish is that they would not use the glass dividers between the desk area and the bed area. They didn’t use to I think it’s a new thing.

Very clean, comfortable room. convenient location to Philly and where my friend lives. coffee/hot water 24 hours, nice breakfast in the am, I’m vegan so only had fruit since no alt milk was offered. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
