Great view - but that's all

You pay for the view. A great location, albeit reached via a dodgy road. Check in was tricky as the signage is poor. Breakfast was very average, as was the room, although the view from the room was spectacular. Check out was unprofessional as we had to pay for a couple of items from the fridge, but they had no change for cash and the card machine didn't work. Overall, poor value for money and we were pleased to only stay one night.

Great hotel!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I think it was our favorite part of the trip. The staff was great and accommodations were fantastic.

Lugar de descanso

Vi bastantes reclamações no site, mas ainda assim resolvi arriscar. Pois gosto de passar pela experiência, afinal de contas o que é ruim para um pode ser bom para outro. Vamos lá, área externa muito espaçosa, vista incrível e um ótimo contato com a natureza. Atendimento dos funcionários nota 1000. Em especial o Mario, Ingrid, Dana e Junior. Pois somente destes consegui pegar o nome. Com relação ao cardápio, não possui cardápio infantil. Fui eu e meu filho apenas e senti essa dificuldade com a alimentação dele, o que pude fazer foi comprar pelo Ifood. Mas isso não foi um problemw, porque entendi que o destino foi objetivado a receber casais. Quarto muito simples, porém atendeu minhas necessidades. O caminho de acesso ao local é muito complicado, não é qualquer carro que sobe. Café da manhã simples, sem variações, a torrada de Petrópolis uma delícia, recomendo. Senti falta de banheiro, na piscina superior. Senti falta de lixeiras na área externa e no quarto. Pois possui uma lixeira muito pequena, apenas no banheiro. Senti falta de um armário ou um espaço para guardar as coisas.

Não foi legal, Passei por alguns perrengues, acessibilidade do hotel não é legal, o hotel estava em manutenção, com barulhos de obras até no feriado. Arrumação e a manutenção do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Estrada muito difícil para chegar.

Péssima estadia "nojento"

Tivemos uma péssima estadia, ao chegarmos notamos que havia muito mofo nas paredes do quarto e banheiro e que não estava funcionando o aquecimento do chuveiro e só foi solucionado um bom tempo depois. Além de ralo entupido que so foi notado depois. Mais tarde ao ligarmos a hidro a água veio suja e com cheiro muito forte de esgoto, "apareceram até moscas" mesmo deixando o ralo aberto para troca da água e que permaneceu com esse problema durante a estadia e em nenhum momento nos ofereceram a troca de quarto, além de toalhas de banho e rosto sujas e manchadas . Não indico pra ninguém, quarto de luxo em total abandono que nao condiz com a descrição e imagens.

Lugar aconchegante com vista maravilhosa

Foi tudo perfeito! Atendimento dos funcionários, quarto aonde ficamos, a piscina, restaurante. A única coisa que ficou a desejar foi no jantar que não tinha insumos para os pratos que pedimos pois tinham acabado e tivemos que pedir qualquer outra coisa pra comer. Fora isso o lugar é lindo para quem quer um sossego e natureza.

Muito bom.

o local é execelente para quem quer descansar e se desconectar da agitação, ambiente super calmo, porém quem não tem pretensão de ficar somente na polsada, é bom ir de carro pois solicitar uber de lá é mt difícil já que os carros ficam a 15 minutos de distância. O quarto que fiquei tem uma vista linda e o pôr do sol é lindo de lá

A vista é magnífica. O resto decepcionante. Não vale o que pagamos. Quarto antigo, sem manutenção. A banheira de hidromassagem sem água quente. Detalhes como falta de toalha de rosto e apenas um roupão para o casal. O cardápio tem itens que não estão disponíveis. A falta de equipe que implica obrigação do hóspede descer e ir até o restaurante. Ou seja o lugar é muito bonito , de difícil acesso e não conta com uma estrutura de atendimento ao hóspede que deveria se esperar considerando que a proposta é ficar na pousada durante a estadia.

A pousada tem uma vista linda Porem acabou a luz todos os dias. Como pousada deveriam ter um para atender melhor seus hospedes. as toalhas de banho também São de péssima qualidade, assim como o papel sanitário. O teto dobanheiro tinha marcas escuras que parecia mofo. O atendimento é muito bom . No local eu não comi, aprnas tomei o café da manhã que estava bom.

Escolhemos uma das melhores acomodações da pousada achando que faria jus ao valor, mas a pousada deixou muito a desejar, o quarto estava todo mofado, a limpeza péssima, não ficamos na acomodação pedíamos estorno do valor já pago, o atendente foi bem solicito mas já tem uma semana e o estorno ainda não foi feito! Não recomendo

A pousada é bonita, vista bonita..mas o quarto é horrível, parede mofada, banheiro sujo, cortinas com mofo, o quarto fede. No primeiro dia não apresentaram cardápio no café da manhã. O restaurante da pousada não tem variedade e o preço é um absurdo. NÃO RECOMENDO
