Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago.

I have pick up a executive room, that fullfill all my expectatives. Besides that, we had the best "staff experience" ever. All recepcionist are atentious and well informed.

Nice hotel, located right at the beach

The best part of this hotel is the location and staff. The staff are limited but hard working. Our room had a great view but an awful smell that was hard to get used to in the beginning, not from anything bad we just think that the cleaning product used is a heavy chemical to keep away mould. But still we had a lovely time at this hotel. You can not beat this location in Cabo Frio.

Estadia boa. O hotel é muito adequado para uma estadia breve. Passei apenas 1 noite, mas tem boas condições, cama confortável, banheiro limpo, materiais de higiene de cortesia, atendimento cordial, funcionário para ajudar no estacionamento. Fomos eu, meu esposo e meu filho de 2 anos, o hotel forneceu um bercinho portátil, com mantinha e travesseiro de cortesia. Café da manhã bom, compatível com o hotel. Ah, e eles possuem um terraço muito bom, com uma vista linda!

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, a recepção boa.Rooff top é algo a parte , para quem gosta de ver o expetaculo do Sol al nascer e a se por. Vale muito apena. Quarto otimo. Pontos de melhoria: cafe da manhã. Furei minha mão em um prego que estava no assento da cadeira, no segundo dia nao tinha torradeira, (disseram que tava agarrando muito queijo ). A demora na reposição de itens basicos como OVO, queijo. Observa-se que frequentimente alguem pede algo na cozinha.

Hotel com uma vista incrível, café da manhã farto e produtos de qualidade. De ponto negativos seria que nossas toalhas não foram trocadas pela manhã, porém quando chegamos ao hotel solicitamos na recepção e fomos prontamente atendidos. A limpeza do hotel é impecável e como disse antes a vista combinada com o ambiente do terraço é formidável. Hotel fica perto dos pontos turísticos. De maneira geral ficamos muito satisfeitos.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, o pessoal que atende na recepção são super educados, fiquei na cidade e pedi para que arrumasse meu quarto, quando voltei vi que colocaram tudo no lugar mas o chão do quarto não foi limpo, enviei uma mensagem via WhatsApp para a recepção para saber se limpam chão, no telefone do quarto ninguém atendia, não tive nenhuma resposta. Dava para escutar os ruídos de outro quarto o que atrapalhava o sono, uma noite alguém bateu na parede “ faz silêncio tem gente tentando dormir” já era madrugada eu e minha família estávamos dormindo e acordamos assustados, eu estava com 2 quartos, a pessoa deveria estar falando com alguém que tinha o quarto ao lado do dela, porém como dava para escutar tudo, quando bateu na parede deu pra ouvir.

Quarto limpo e café da manhã bom mas podia melhorar A acústica é péssima pois dava pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos, ate mesmo pessoas falando baixo, se mexendo na cama e ate mesmo crianças brincando normalmente sem escândalos dentro do quarto ao lado e no andar de cima. Péssima acústica precisam melhorar isso imediatamente e nao tinha um secador dr cabelo no quarto
