A estadia ficou bem abaixo do esperado em diversos pontos. Logo na chegada, já tivemos uma impressão negativa ao presenciar uma hóspede reclamando e pedindo troca de quarto por ser claustrofóbico, extremamente escuro, sem iluminação adequada nem luz natural, praticamente um cubículo. Isso já nos deixou bastante apreensivos com o que encontraríamos. O atendimento não corresponde à estrutura do hotel. Faltam funcionários para dar suporte básico, especialmente no check-in, quando não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas. Tanto o check-in quanto o check-out foram desorganizados, reforçando a sensação de despreparo. Durante a estadia, tivemos a oportunidade de ver diferentes quartos (pq fomos em família para um evento nas proximidades), e a impressão geral não foi boa. Mesmo o melhor, não era satisfatório. Os ambientes são escuros, com pouca iluminação, principalmente natural. Além disso, os banheiros são extremamente pequenos: em um quarto para quatro pessoas mal havia espaço para uma pessoa utilizar com conforto. O chuveiro dentro da banheira também torna tudo ainda mais apertado e pouco funcional. Outro problema sério foi o quarto em que uma parte da minha família ficou, que, aparentemente, ficava próximo ao exaustor do restaurante. O barulho era muito alto sempre que estava ligado, tornando impossível descansar ou ter qualquer tranquilidade no ambiente. O café da manhã foi decepcionante, com aparência de alimentos velhos e baixa qualidade geral.

Esperava mais. Fui com minha família ficar um final de semana para o casamento de uma prima que seria perto do hotel. Pegamos 4 quartos no total e cada um ficou em um andar diferente (conseguimos visitar o quarto de cada um). O meu foi o melhor deles, por sorte! mas também não era 100%. Os quartos são muito mal iluminados, especialmente quando se trata de luz solar. Serviço péssimo. O hotel com tamanha estrutura parece não ter funcionários suficientes para atender à demanda. No check-in, você pensa que será recebido da melhor maneira, mas nem funcionário tem pra ajudar com a retirada das malas ou até mesmo subir com as malas pros quartos. Indaguei se tinha alguém para ajudar, já que minha família é grande, mas eles ficaram sem resposta e, por fim, a própria recepcionista disse que poderia ajudar. Check-in e check-out desorganizados. Meu cunhado, argentino, foi cobrado 200 reais a mais. Por sorte, ele nos comunicou que estranhou a diferença de preço entre o que constava na reserva e o que cobraram na hora. Fomos solicitar o reembolso logo em seguida e, assim, foi feito. Café da manhã horrível. Aparentemente, nada fresco. Tudo com cara de velho/passado, pães velhos, secos, nada muito saboroso... até o pão de queijo, que seria o mais simples, estava péssimo. Um hotel com tanto conhecimento e o serviço ser de péssima qualidade. Por fim, deveriam explorar mais a extensão da área onde fica o hotel, não tem nada p/ fazer lá, tirando piscina e sauna! se programem ou ficarão no tédio

O box do banheiro apresentava vazamento molhando todo o chão do banheiro. Foi necessario colocar a toalha de piscina pois encharcou o tapete. Está sem telefone na area das hidros e o watts app que disponibilizam demora muito a atender. Impossivel comunicar qualquer problema naque larea ou solicitar qualquer coisa do restaurante. Toalhas extremamente gastas. Tanto do quarto como as da piscina. Ja perderam a vida útil das fibras e excederam a quantidade de lavagens apresentando muito desgaste.

Os problemas já se iniciam no check in. Apenas 1 funcionário pra atender todos os hóspedes. Os primeiros da fila fizeram rápidos, os demais demoraram quase 1 h para usufruir do hotel. Em tudo se via a diminuição de pessoal. O café da manhã foi jam experiência pessima. Início as 7h ou 6h não me recordo e iria até às 10:30, porque era domingo. Cheguei no salão 8:30 e vários bolos estavam terminando e não foram repostos. Fiquei com meu namorado aguardando reposição do pudim e falaram que não haveria. Vários bolos e quase nenhum reposto. A garrafa de café vazia várias pessoas pedindo pra colocar mais café, porém só tinha uma única funcionária fazendo as parcas reposições e outra funcionária limpando as mesas. Ou seja, traumático. O hóspede que chega no início do café da manhã tem que ter a mesma experiência do hóspede que chega às 10h. Todos paga a mesma diária. Nunca vi isso em hotel nenhum que já fiquei. Não recomendo, pelo serviço em si. Acabei usufruindo bastante a suite pq peguei a imperial e tive uma estrutura confortável devido a isso. Mas até mesmo o restaurante que atende ao hotel só serve jantar até as 21h mas a cozinha fecha antes. Se quiser comer algo depois desse horário ou você leva ou tem qje ir pra o centro da cidade.
