Um bom hotel para passar a noite, o quarto é pequeno mas estava limpo, o chuveiro é bom, o quarto poderia ter um aquecedor. Sentimos falta de secador de cabelos e um telefone para contatar a recepção. Café da manhã razoável, nada excepcional. Ainda tinha 2 dias para cancelar mas fizeram a cobrança no meu cartão antecipadamente. Para passar uma noite ou duas é um bom custo/benefício.

Experiência ruim! Estamos no frio, o ar não esquenta, só esfria, não tinham cobertas extras, meu marido e eu passamos muito frio, tivemos que colocar calça jeans e jaquetas pra poder dormir, mesmo assim passamos frio! Uma cidade turística no frio e hotel não se preocupa com isso. Café da manhã simples, porém bom! Mas não voltarei nunca mais. Na propaganda mostra que o hotel tem estacionamento, mas se ele lotar,muitos carros tem que ficar na rua, inclusive vários estacionados na rua em frente as vagas de moto, tive trabalho em dobro pra guardar e retirar minha moto da vaga. Total descaso com os hóspedes. Não vale o esforço. Infelizmente, experiência ruim.

Falta mais informação em relação ao elevador, pois para chegar ao bloco 2 , você precisa entrar no primeiro elevador , descer e embarcar em outro. O ar condicionado do quarto não estava gelando , a nossa sorte é que o clima estava agradável e deu para abrir a janela . E a respeito do jantar , parecia que a cozinha estava bem enrolada. Pois assim que chegamos para pedir informacao o funcionário que não se apresentou logo falou que iria demorar pois tinham algumas mesas para jantar e eles primeiro precisavam atendê-los , não deixou nem a gente olhar o cardápio , sei lá como funcionava 🙄🙄🙄 E o interfone poderia ser no quarto, precisa melhorar a comunicação . E eu não entendi como eles tem controle dos carros que entram e saem do estacionamento, pois não pediram nem a placa do nosso carro. E não conferiram o quarto no checkout, achei estranho, pois normalmente todo hotel confere. Mas de restante foi tranquilo !

Fui tomar café da manhã no domingo bem cedo. E ainda não tinha colocado tudo. Achei muito caro pelo que entrega Não tem frigobar e nem secador de cabelo A tv tinha pouquíssimos canais Mas era o mais barato que tinha na cidade e eu precisava de apenas uma noite e um café da manhã legal no outro dia (coisa que achei que ficou a desejar)

O espaço do café não condiz com a lotação do hotel. Um caos pra conseguir sentar e comer tranquilamente. Reposição dos itens e utensílios demorada. O hóspede precisava solicitar e aguardar bastante. Ficando a partir do 2 andar tem o labirinto do elevador. Sem acústica nos quartos. Ouvisse tudo do quarto ao lado. E o pior é o estacionamento. Uma ladeira ABSURDA e com espaços pra estacionar, estando lotado, como normalmente aconteceu, dificílimo pra manobrar e descer. Enfim, só ficaria novamente se fosse realmente necessário.

A linpeza dos quartos só era feita quando chegávamos dos passeios no final do dia e também faltava toalha de banho. A limpeza dos utensílios e as xícaras e pratos do café da manhã sempre estavam molhados e com sugeiras e tínhamos que limpar e enxugar com guardanapos.

Equipe é ótima, mas o hotel é muito limitado. Tá certo que o nome já diz. BUDGET. Mas não precisa ser tão fraco assim. O café da manhã é bizarro. Ovo mexido tem gosto de papelão, os pães são de massa grosseira, sem gosto algum, os frios de péssima qualidade. Os quartos são um armário. As pessoas que trabalham são cordiais e profissionais, e se esforçam pra atender bem. Nota 2, com muito boa vontade.

Quarto estava limpo e organizado! Equipe muito educada! Estacionamento ruim. Cafe da manhã - bom! Jantar ruim - não recomendo. O cozinheiro fazia o atendimento no salão, demorou muito para vir o prato, talheres sem embalagem, não tinha guardanapo, o feijão e farofa não vieram... péssima experiência
