Comfort of the bed was very poor , bathroom Uncomfortably small. The room has a strange arrangement, when you walk in you walk straight into the bed with lots of unused spaces otherwise in the same room.

O hotel tem muitos quartos. Os funcionários são muito bons, mas alguns pontos merece atenção. O salão de café da manhã é pequeno para o número de pessoas hospedadas. O Hotel é pet friendly, mas alguns hóspedes deixam os bichinhos trancados nos quartos ( ficam latindo ou chorando quando sozinhos ). A meu ver isso teria que ser melhor avaliado.Mas no geral é um bom hotel .

Tudo muito bom, desde a recepção de forma muito educado e atenciosa, passando pelo quarto limpo, organizado e com roupas de cama e banho limpas. Destaque especial para o café da manhã bastante variado e em ambiente agradável. Os restaurantes em alta padrão de qualidade, com fondue e pizza maravilhosos são também uma recomendação quase obrigatória. Observei que a televisão não tinha bom sinal dos canais... talvez sendo algo a ser ajustado, mas nada que comprometesse a estadia. A sauna e piscina aquecidas salvam o passeio para quem vai com crianças.

No quarto que fiquei N°112, estava com 2 lâmpadas dicroicas queimadas (1 no box e outra no quarto) e está vazando água do box para o quarto ou seja falta vedação do blindex ou granito...Uma outra sugestão tbm é fazer uma estrutura coberta ou corredor que liga a piscina aquecida para o corredor interno de acesso aos quartos, afim de não sair no tempo frio e chuvoso...
