This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

O hotel é muito bom, local mais afastado do centro porém aconchegante e silencioso. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem generoso, no entanto achamos a propriedade um pouco antiga e um pouco fria para o dias mais gelados de inverno. No mais tudo ocorreu bem e foi uma ótima estadia.

Eu e meu marido passamos o fim de semana, gostamos de tudo, ficamos super a vontade! Quarto limpo, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, secador de cabelo, chuveiro e torneiras com sistema de aquecimento, tv. A equipe do hotel é excelente, educados e prestativos. Café da manhã de primeira qualidade, horário perfeito! O restaurante é bom, comida boa, preço justo. Só poderia ser um pouco mais animado no período da noite, até o horário de funcionamento 23h, música boa não faz mal a ninguém. Enfim, foi muito bom, aproveitamos bastante. Petrópolis é lindo demais!
