This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.

o hotel de cara ja se tornou meu queridinho da cidade ! se tornou de primeira o lugar pra onde eu vou querer correr sempre que eu precisar de paz e lazer . ambiente super agradável, pessoal tanto da recepção quanto do bar são de uma educação imensa , sem contar no pessoal que é responsável pelo café da manhã ! aa o responsável também é de uma educação e de uma empatia extrema ! a todo momento queria saber como estava sendo nossa estadia e por fim é isso, não tenho um A pra falar de ruim,são so elogios mesmo.

Eu amei o hotel e sua localização. 6 min do palácio de Cristal de carro. Deles sorte que fomos no dia das crianças e eles fizeram várias atrações especiais, área p as crianças, noite do cinema, café da manhã temático da Disney, lanche da tarde com oficina de cup cake, eu achei isso o máximo. Fora q a piscina é aquecida e isso é uma mega diferencial. Já reservamos a nossa volta.

O quarto é limpo, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, mas o hotel não se parece com as fotos do Hotels.com, é nítido que as fotos passaram por um filtro, fiquei um pouco decepcionada. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas havia talheres e pratos sujos junto com os limpos. Utilizam um desinfetante que tem um cheiro muito forte e é um cheiro ruim, que fica por todo o hotel, chega a arder o nariz.

Os quartos são horríveis! Paredes mofadas, portas sujas, maçanetas quebradas, chuveiro sem condições de temperar a água ( ou quente infernal ou frio gacial), brinquedos quebrados, tirolesa não funciona, piscina suja! Zero recomendação! Saí uma noite antes do checkout para poder poder aproveitar as férias em um.lugar descente. As fotos apresentadas são pura enganação. A área externa até que é bonita e somente isto.

As fotos no site não condiziam com a realidade. A falta de manutenção era escancarada! Nosso quarto tinha mofo na parede atrás da cama, a iluminação ruim, no banheiro a tubulação passada por dentro do armário, as janelas enferrujadas. Nos deu a impressão que estávamos fazendo um favor aos funcionários, pois eram sérios e de cara emburrada. Fomos com crianças e a “tirolesa” foi um atrativo, quando chegamos não estava funcionando. Na área externa que seria o parquinho, TODOS os brinquedos quebrados e mal cuidados. Haviam TOMADAS instaladas neles, segundo o hotel foi pra abastecer a energia de uma festa que havia acontecido, porém permaneciam ao alcance de crianças. Os travesseiros eram de muita baixa qualidade, finos e duros. Havia uma sala com microondas que estava insalubre. Fomos embora antes mesmo da nossa estadia acabar. Não recomendamos o hotel neste momento. É necessário passar por manutenção de grande porte.

Chegamos cansados vindo de BH. O quarto estava sujo, os lençóis das camas tb. Sabonetes ja estavam abertos. Parecia que nos colcoaram num quarto que tinha acabado de vagar. A habitação muito velha, com móveis muito velhos e quebrados. Quarto estava cheirando mofo.

Bom atendimento mas infraestrutura bem limitada.

Café da Manhã bem servido e prestadores educados, porém o hotel é antigo e tem problemas de infraestrutura. O Split só tem a função frio e a água não estava aquecendo. Não foi possível tomar banho. No dia seguinte, após reclamação, a recepção alegou que o sistema já estaria normalizado o que não ocorreu. Saimos deste hotel sem poder usar o chuveiro e num frio de 11 graus.
