We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is a duplex that is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with a new king bed and a 43 in Smart TV with Netflix. There is also an ensuite bath with body wash and shampoo dispensers as well as a rain shower head. The PRIVATE backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, Your own SEASONAL barbeque grill and Solo Stove firepit for your enjoyment. We had an incredible weekend - the house is located within walking distance to Boyne City and what a fun town. The house was clean with charming decor. The home guidelines were clear and simple to accomplish. The king size bed was comfy!! Downtown Boyne City (< 1/2 mile walk) is such a fun place - we met many great people!! The breweries & taprooms did not disappoint - if you are looking for some fun shenanigans - I recommend Boyne City!! Such a great getaway for my husband and I!! Thank You for sharing your place with us!!

The place was perfect for our stay in Northern Michigan. It was extremely clean and comfortable. An excellent distance to Boyne Mountain and downtown Boyne City. Great place to get away from the crowds and enjoy peace and quiet. The hosts communications were timely and detailed and made arrival and departure seamless. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in summer or winter.

We have stayed in several rentals in Boyne City and this was by far the best one! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect and it was sparkling clean! We plan to book it again for next year!

This home was perfect for us. It was spotless which we really appreciated! The location was great! We didn't do any walking due to on and off showers but drove and it was so close to down town. We enjoyed the little farmers market on Saturday. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Sky Bridge and extrememly close to Avalanche Mountain.
