My room was clean and no bedbugs, but the mattress cover had a big stain on it where my wife slept, She put a towel over it and put the sheet back on. Breakfast was decent and good selection. Coffee was not brewed. noisy pipes and running water. internet was so slow could not open one email. could never have conducted any business over the internet. No elevator. My wife couldn't climb the stairs. The place had been updated but still run down appearing; drabby. The pictures on the internet were very deceiving. Had they been accurate I would never have booked this place. I have stayed in worse place, but this place was bad. The old saying: "you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig" applies quite nicely.

We stayed at the Baymont Inn May 30- June 1, 2025. I never complain or leave bad reviews, but these were by far the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. The biggest problem was that the door to the motel room could be opened WITHOUT a key! We checked in at 8:00 pm and then went to a late dinner instead of going straight to our room the first night. When we came back there was motel staff coming out of the room, no explanation given. There was a large smelly stain on the mattress, which I ended up covering with a towel. The bathroom door sticks. It is difficult to open and close. Paint chips from the door frame and debris from the ceiling tiles kept falling to the ground each time the door opened and closed. I received text notifications for our accommodation, but when I texted back the same number regarding needing help- there was no response. No hand soap was provided at the sink. I had to ask for some. There was 3 inches of water in the bathtub while showering. There was painter's tape on the door stop in the bathroom that was painted over. There was no conditioner in the shower. No cups were provided at the sink to drink water. There was not a coffee maker in the room The bathroom light switch was covered in something sticky. The light/fan in the bathroom is on a timer. It turned off while I was showering and I had to fumble in the dark to turn it back on. There were black smudges on the toilet seat cover. I was offered a discount of 15% but have not y

Dirty…. Room had dirt all over floor but worst was toilet not cleaned… poop stains, hair, under toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! Cleaning people came with dry towel to clean asked me where it was dirty, I said poop in bowl… under seat… they looked at me like I was nuts! After they wiped toilet I disinfected all surfaces in room with Lysol wipes I carry in my car! After using the toilet it would not flush and had to call them again! They had no towels in the room! It’s like they made the beds and didn’t do any other cleaning in that room! The hand soap for sink was in the shower dispenser… how does that make sense! I knew I was staying at a low budget hotel but even low budget hotels clean their rooms! Do Better!!!! I will never stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone!!

The bed was comfortable. I’ll leave that at the beginning as the positive. Visibly dirty bathroom sink. No garbage can in room. Mo hand soap available. Veiling was falling apart. This is a place to stay. Not much beyond that. I wore my sandals every time I walked around the room because nothing felt clean as soon as I saw the dirty faucet and bathroom countertop. I was in a bind for the night and just needed somewhere to sleep. Would not book this for a vacation.

The room was two small. It had 2 queen beds with a desk near the bathroom and I had to climb over the bed to get to the sink when my husband was working at the desk! The desk should have been as you walk in. Very frustrating! This was one of the new rooms as the renovation is continuing. Hope this is looked into!

We got there and were told they over booked and had to wait for about a half hour while they fixed up a room in the middle of a remodel. For the second day there was never any room service to provide fresh towels for showering. Ended up just leaving early as we were there for a funeral.

I would NOT stay there again. The first room we were assigned had no electricity in the bathroom. The glass mirror was on the floor instead of being mounted, there was a hole in a wall with wire sticking out, the hotel phone did not work and the number posted for the hotel was inaccurate. There was no coffee maker in the first or second room I was assigned . The bathroom floor had some mud colored substance on it, the shower did not function, caulking around the bathtub faucet had black on it. When I put the toilet lid down it revealed dirt and the base of the toilet was not cleaned as well. There were no hangers in the closet area and the hotel phone was not working. There was no coffee machine.
