Wow! We've stayed here before but this time was even better! Fall colors, our room was upgraded with a beautiful valley view! Pool, spa and sauna were great! The day we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly fella at the desk. He was very friendly and offered some great suggestions and tips for our stay in the area. Passed several employees in the hotel throughout the couple days and they were all so friendly. A sweet gal in the elevator, that was an employee, made sure our room and everything was ok. Major noice problem

Hotel was OK, but we had 2 hours of loud noise from the room above ours the second night of our stay. We called down to the front desk but they were unable/unwilling to address the issue.
