Comfy Cozy Stay

It was a good clean stay. Even for a hotel that walks right out of room to the cars. I wasnt able to have breakfast bc i was up and gone for work so early but the Tv in my room didnt work or I just didnt really understand how it was supposed to get it working. I was so tired anyways i just went to bed. The shower was nice and the soap present was helpful to me bc I didnt have any packed. Job well done.

A very bad experience

The first room bed was wet 😡, they upgraded us to a suite, the ac unit had mold and it was spreading to the whole room when turned on, so needless to say I did not sleep. Very disappointed in the hotel, I thought booking at a hotel that the reviews were about how clean it was and to find out this was a lie 😡

Making adjustments

From check in to check out our stay was good. Breakfast had multiple choices and adequate seating was available. Our only issue was with water...sometimes could only get hot water at sink (brushing teeth was interesting) and shower was sometimes difficult to adjust and keep at a comfortable temperature. It wasn't awful and we worked around it.

Great rooms. Had a suite and a double. Very comfortable beds. Pillows not so much. M No rollaway beds. Terrible pullout couch. Bedding is the cheapest it gets. Hot tub had rocks in the bottom and an unbearable amount of chlorine. Away from city center, but very nice rooms. No one at the front desk was friendly but they were very efficient.

Thanks to Best Western at Harbor Springs our trip to northern Michigan was tremendous! Staff was super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable! Located in a beautiful area, we enjoyed a peaceful stay just minutes from the Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan! Breakfast was also very good! The staff at Best Western Harbor Springs go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!

Great stay

We will definitely be back. The whole experience at this hotel was great. We got the suite and really enjoyed the extra space. Breakfast was great. Used the hot tub every night and it was very relaxing. Mike, the owner, if a very personable guy. Will be recommending to everyone that wants to head up that way.

Only trash pickup & new towels supplied daily. The room was not vacuumed and the beds were not made up because of staffing issues. If full service is not provided it should be made clear on the website.
