Did not enjoy anything. Check in was good, he was polite but when I went to my room on the first floor it smelled musty. I entered my room and it was so hot and musty and damp. The couch and bed were damp. The air conditioning was not turned on and at the time I checked in it was 35° outside! I booked a premium room and this was not it. Outdated and being on the first floor in the back muliple people were walking past the patio door. Not other people staying at the hotel but very sketchy people. I tried the phone to call guest services to ask about getting a different room. After 10 attempts with no one picking up the phone, I went up to the desk in person. I was told every room was taken and to just make sure the door was locked! To note i would be staying here for 3 nights he said to try again in the morning. Next day my key wouldnt work to get in my door. Went to the desk 3 times they gave me another one and walking back and forth they finally sent maintenance. They were helpful. Tonight is mg last night and i tried to call down for room service about 5 times with noone picking up there either. I have given up on anything this hotel has to offer. I will not be staying here again. There was hair behind the door to the bathroom stuck to the tub, the toilet paper holder kept falling off, the couch has stains, the bed was poorly made...just too much wrong.
