Mediocre at best

Got the room with pull out couch. Room didn’t have blankets/pillows for pull out. When I pulled out the bed the mattress had a massive brown stain on it. Went to the front desk, was told that a remedy was not possible because I used a third party app to book. Was given blankets but we all crammed on the bed instead. The pool was down for hours on the Thursday. We usually stay next door at the Super 8. Should have just stuck with that as they are way cleaner and more hospitable.

The only part of the stay that was a little annoying to me had nothing to do with the employees there. Everyone was very nice and very helpful they were even able to make an exception for my 2 friends and I that was very much appreciated. My only complaint was with some of the people staying in the hotel. One lady was constantly looking me up and down and glancing over at me making a not pleasant face while doing so. Another family took our hotel room towel from the pool after they very clearly saw we had placed them down on those chairs with our key card under them. Also the pool towels are different than the room towels. The lady that was working the front desk around that time was very nice to us and very helpful even gave us a few extra towels so we could separate the swim towels from the shower towels. Over all the time spent at this hotel was great especially with the staff members. I would just be mindful of the people around you.

Great staff!

Upon arrival Hersey greeted me with a lovely smile that made me feel welcome. How refreshing to have staff who care about customers! She even checked in to make sure my stay was going well. Overall we had a great stay and will come again.
