Room and hotel was beautiful. Continental breakfast and restaurant's personnel were good. I can't say the same about the front desk. Very informal, attention was not good, they didn't noticed that I booked my stay with Hotels.com until the next day because I claimed my breakfast boucher and told them to check booking. Front desk lady was not attentive, didn't explained anything about the amenities or have a welcoming attitude. Night time front desk was really good, and Sunday's front desk was ok. Sadly looks like they needed more training in customer service.

The hotel needs a refresh. First room the heater didn’t work and had stains on the wall. Second room was clean, but the fixtures, stain on the wall by the elevator. I think it was built back in 1989, 37 years ago, it’s time. The staff did they best they could, but it’s time to invest in this property.
