Could be better
Check in was a virtual agent. I arrived about an hour before check in time. I figured I'd see if the rooom was available but it wasn't. No problem, I asked if they could recommend a restaurant on the nearby river and the agent said there was a grocery store across the street where I could get food. Really? I came back later and ittook a long time to check in. I guess the issue was with connectivity as she was in Columbia. Is Best Western that greedy that they have to outsource this work? This lack of personal touch was very disappointing. The rooms also could use more attention. The lamp by the beds didn't work. We figured out it was the outlet and had to mive the beds to plug it into another one. Seem tje cleaning staff should have noticed this.
