There were no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch. I called down to ask for some and was told "Yes ma'am, they're kept down here. I'll get some for you." About 20+ minutes go by and we still don't have them. I called again and was told I had to go get them because they can't leave the desk. Would've been nice to know that on 1st call. Bed sheets had several hairs between the layers and folds. Toilet had trouble flushing.

This hotel clearly does not change all beding. When I arrived, I could clearly see that the duvet had dirt stains on it. Further, as I was inspecting the pillows 2 pillow cases were also dirty with stains on them. So, when I went down stairs to inquire with the desk clerk if their was a night housekeeper on duty….she replied No and when she went to look for a duvet for another guest earlier that she could not find one. Enclosing, I truly believe that they give people who rents there rooms through your site , rooms that have issues. Because the bath tube did not drain properly either. I not only am reporting this to y’all but also directly to Choice Hotels because I’ve been a member for over 20 years and this is Rediculous.

The road noise was insane. It sounded like the trucks were in the room! And I sleep with wax earplugs! I definitely do not recommend it for anyone who actually wants sleep! The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice, but I’ll never stay there again!
