We didn’t receive towels until we asked, even without the sign on the door. There was no working ice machine on the 2nd floor. The first room smelled like mildew/mold. The 2nd suite had a pullout sofa that wasn’t made up. There were no linens provided to do it ourselves until we asked. This room also had a tub with a slow drain so between each person showering we had to wait 10 minutes to allow for the residual water and dirt to leave and then wash the tub. Neither room had a working phone to dial out. The staff outside of the owner were very reasonable and accommodating especially the older white(sorry I didn’t catch her name) that worked the breakfast.

The property worked out great for our family. We drove up from FL to see snow and settled here late night. The room was clean. Area was quiet. Easy to park in lot. And the kids got to see snow. All in all worked out great.

This facility needs a complete renovation. Our room had tile with no grout on the bathroom floor, pieces of carpet cut out and replaced in the sleeping area. The faucets in the tub/shower were sub standard, the commode ran each time flushed until jiggled. The outside noise from the highway was a constant all night. Coffee from two different carafes was lukewarm. There were two heated serving containers, one empty. We have stayed at this location in the past with no complaints.

The staff was very friendly. The room was decent and stocked well. The bed was comfortable. The cons were you can hear the trucks on the highway. I also was not happy about the cleanliness of my roll in shower floor. I booked an assessible room.

The sink stopper was pushed as low as possible so you couldn’t drain water from the sink. We asked for a different room which had such a tight faucet in the tub/shower that I had extreme difficulty turning the water on. I couldn’t turn the water off and had to have my husband turn it off completely.

I will say this...the room was ok. I am not a picky person, but I will say that the carpet is in need of attention. I had hair in my shower, but I can understand if the person cleaning has long hair. The breakfast was ok, not bad.

Staff was great… I had a king size bed room, that had to have been a suite at one time based on the size of the room -they must have removed a couch and tables? Seriously you could have held a small arobics class in that room! There was one uncomfortable chair with no table or side table located near the tv… had to use the desk chair to set drinks and food. That said, watching tv while in bed was not great because it was so far across the room. The room over all was run down… wrinkles and patches in the carpet. The bathroom sink was plugged up and took forever to drain. The shower was falling apart, the rail was coming out of the wall and the water valve was barely attached. And anything chrome looked like it had a combination of hard water stains and Ajax all over them.
